  • What are your hours of operation?
    In-Person or Telehealth Hours: Monday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-3pm Telehealth Only: 5-7pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
  • Do you do Telehealth Appointments?
    Yes. Any appointment can be scheduled via Telehealth during business hours. There are also hours available for in-person appointments on Mondays 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes. Please see our Insurance page for specific insurance information.
  • What are your appointment fees for out of network benefits?
    Out of Network Provider Benefits: Many Insurance/PPO Plans offer “Out of Network Provider” Benefits and will reimburse between 10%-60% of our Private Pay Fees. To help with accessibility to care, we can provide you with a paper “super bill” after each visit that you can submit to your insurance company for a qualified reimbursement. Appointment Fees: $250 Initial Evaluation. $150 Follow up.
  • Do you offer an introductory free consultation?
    Yes. You can schedule a free 10-minute consultation through our Contact Page.
  • Do you offer Psychiatric Medication Management?
    Yes. Our Psychiatric Medication Management service is here to provide you with continuous support, guided by our caring team of specialized psychiatrists and board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners.
  • Which specific conditions do you specialize in?
    We treat a range of mental health conditions, including: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Anxiety, Stress, or Panic Attacks Bipolar Disorders and Mood Disorders Depression Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Relationship Issues Trauma or PTSD

    Yes. Every individual has unique needs, and our Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation services are aimed at accurately diagnosing your mental health condition(s) and creating personalized treatment plan(s).
